I have been off the outfit posting map for too long, but I am back, I have clothes and I am determined to post.  Today's look is a combination of pieces old and new.  I received this beautiful lace yoke top courtesy of
Sugarlips Apparel, which is a perfect compliment to numerous summer pieces already in my wardrobe.  I have worn the Grandmother's Lace top a couple of times, once over a dress as a vest and the second time is this look here, with a classic pair of denim shorts.  I really like the pairing of the intricate and detailed top with my high waist Old Navy shorts.  The look is very 70's folk singer so I thought my guitar was a fitting accessory for this outfit.  I can definitely see this outfit working for some backyard BBQ's and summer music festivals. Bring on the open road and the summer sunshine, I'm ready!
